Refund and Returns Policy
All our deliveries are made via Royal Mail Signed For/Recorded delivery.
We are a small and independent business and whilst we endeavour to get your order to you just as soon as we can, please allow up to 7 working days for your shipment to arrive.
If you have any queries in relation to your order, please send us a mail to Info@hocuspocusyork.com and include your order number.
Please note we only ship to the United Kingdom.
Scottish Highlands/Islands, Isle of Man & Northern Ireland
We only accept returns and refunds for stock that arrives to you damaged. We do not accept returns for clothing that does not fit so please check the size guides carefully.
If stock arrives to you damaged you must let us know within 10 days of receiving your order and you may be asked for proof of the damaged item. In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged please mail email@example.com and include your order number. We shall either offer you a full refund or ship a replacement product to you.
We cannot accept responsibility for delivery failure if you provide either an incorrect address, postal code or incorrect contact telephone number. Please check this information when placing your order.
We only accept payment via PayPal.
PayPal is a major online merchant and you can make a payment without the need for a PayPal account. Your payment can be made using a wide range of credit and debit cards directly on the PayPal website which you will be directed to via the checkout process.
